The TMS – Temporary Marketing Specialist will develop an Assessment Sheet including:
  • Current communications’ effectiveness analysis, evaluation of contents for company and products display

Based on the Marketing and Communications Strategy document and on the analysis results (step 1), the TMS will draw up an Action Plan including:
  • Setting of mid and long-term operational activities
  • Setting of project’s responsible persons
  • Setting and optimization of the investments
  • Setting of the timing and project’s state-of-the-art deadline
  • Monitoring of the project’s steps and of responsible persons inside and outside the company for some specific activities
